Christmas!!!

Christmas is here again so merry Christmas everyone!
I have not posted any articles for a while and I am truly sorry. My life has been really busy for the past 5 or 6 months. I hope to be more regular with my posts by the grace of God.

A quick word on Christmas.
As you dance , eat , make merry do take time out to ponder on the reason for the season. John 3:16 says that for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. Jesus came to give you life and restore you to the glory that was lost after the fall of man in Eden. Jesus came that you may become a son of God (John 1vs 12). So I will pose some questions to you "Have you accepted the gift if Jesus which is salvation?" "Have you submitted yourself to Jesus and made Him Lord of your life?" "Have you led a life that shows that Jesus is the Lord of your life?"
Many of us Christians are like the pharisees of old, whose lips praised God but their hearts were far from Him, we possess a form of godliness but deny the power. We have put Jesus in a box that we take out only on Sunday. We sing Jesus is Lord over me but our actions sing the devil is my master. It is key to remember that God looks at the heart of a man not the words or actions of a man, because as a man thinks in his heart so he is.So where does your heart lie ? you are either for God or against God no middle ground. ( more on this topic in a later post).
Christmas has become a holiday, a commercial event , a time to get nice gifts , give a few gifts , listen to nice carols, visit family and friends, party and make merry. The lamb of God is now the secondary reason for the season. We just mention his birth for tradition sake. However, it is time for us to recall the true meaning of Christmas. Christmas is a time to acknowledge and celebrate the birth of Jesus, a time to bask in the awesome display of God's love for us, a time to remember who we are and our calling as Christians (We are the descendants of the King of Kings, a royal priesthood, a people set apart ), a time to praise and thank God for His great mercy, it is a time to remember the foundation of the faith that you claim, a time recall the goodness of God.
As Christians let us show the world that there is more to Christmas than gifts and Santa Claus , that Christmas goes far beyond the birth of a boy in a manager, that Christmas represents our liberation, our hope and our restoration. Let us share the true meaning of Christmas.

If you have read this and you have not made a conscious decision to make Jesus the Lord of your life and accept his sacrifice on the cross , then you are not a partaker of God's Christmas gift. So if you desire to partake in the true gift of the season the pray the prayer on the side bar "the salvation prayer" once you have done that and you mean it with your heart then are a part of the body of Christ and are full partaker in the gift of Christmas.

let me end with a little song I learnt as a little girl
'what shall I give to the King
give to the one who has everything
what shall I give, what gift shall I bring
what I give to the king? What shall I give to the king?
Give Him a heart that opened up wide
give Him a heart that's tender and true and
He'll give it all back to you
yes He'll give it all back to you"

Take chance today, give your heart to Jesus , get the Jesus Element and I promise you will never regret it.

TO BE OR NOT TO BE...... ?

..... That truly is the question. If asked today whether or not you are you a Christian, what would be your response, a proud yes, a shy slightly embarrassed yes, or a no. It would surprise you to find that many professing Christians when faced with that question may respond with all three responses, depending on where they find themselves. Why would a Christian be embarrassed to say he or she is one or even out rightly deny being either through his words or deeds? I believe the reason is because we as Christians have allowed the rest of the world to make us believe that we are somehow lacking that’s why we are Christians. We have accepted that Christians (serious Christianity not Sunday Christianity) are weird in a bad way and Christianity as a whole is against progress and seeks to return man to the dark ages. Hence we find ourselves in a dilemma: we enjoy the peace and security in God but at the same time we don’t want to be seen as weird or throwbacks to the dark ages ,party poopers, goody-goodies and so on, we want to be accepted and liked. It’s not wrong to desire acceptance, in fact it’s human nature to want to belong. The truth we must all remember is that we do belong, just not to the world anymore ( we are in the world but not of the world) we belong to God. In God’s eyes we are normal and wonderful not weird and it’s His opinion that we should be most concerned about.

We must never be ashamed of our heritage, we are followers of Christ, joint heirs to His kingdom, royalty and so much more . If Christ was not ashamed to numbered among us while we were yet sinners why should we be ashamed to be associated with Him. Remember His word says if you are ashamed of me before men , I will be ashamed of you before my father in Heaven, am certain no one of us want that. To be ashamed of Christ is as good as denying Him like Judas did. We often deceive ourselves that there is middle ground where we can comfortably stay in. The truth is that with God there is no middle ground, you are either in or out (rev.._). You can either be for Him or against Him. You are either saved or not. You are either a Christian or not. Make your decision and stick with it. If you choose Christ then stand by your decision do it all the way, all the time and in all circumstances. You are living a life that is pleasing unto God ( you should be)and those who ridicule you are not , so who should be ashamed ? certainly not you. You may be ridiculed( am 99% certain that you will),called names and so much more but those insults are badges of honour. Noah knew that God was going to destroy the earth with a flood, he didn’t pay attention what people must have said when he started building the ark, he just built and in the end he was saved. You too must be confident that you are headed the right way and not allow the words of those headed to destruction pull you from the right path. The bible says only a fool says in his heart that there is no God. How can you allow a fool make you feel inferior because you acknowledge God and His son and thus not a fool

I leave you with this question to be or not to be? As for me it’s to be

Signed .

Yours truly

THE JESUS ELEMENT.

What exactly is the Jesus element? It is far too complex to describe but I will certainly try. It is possessing a quality, a feature , a trait , a characteristic that completely changes the way you think, see life, behave, in short it changes you as a whole. It’s an element that automatically makes you stand out the instant you lay hold of it. It puts you on a different level, marks you as special and righteous. It sends a message to all people that you are precious beyond measure, beyond words. It is an added advantage in every circumstance. It always gives you the upper hand wherever you find yourself. It tells anyone who sees you that though you may be in the world, you are not of the world. It serves as your justification, sanctification, and consecration. It is your salvation and deliverance. It sets you apart as saved , makes you worthy to stand before God as pure , righteous and holy. It makes you a citizen of heaven.

The Jesus element is a treasure of immeasurable worth, a pearl of great price . There is only one of it, in other words it is one of a kind. Many have tried to replicate this element but they all fall short of the mark. No other jewel can compare to this element. It was birthed in suffering, sorrow, blood and death. When possessed it produces joy , life, peace, triumph, power and so much more. It gives blessings and adds no sorrow.

How then does one get this Jesus element? It can’t be bought with money, good works, power or prestige. No man can by his own effort earn this element. No man no matter how noble is worthy of this element. The Jesus element isn’t earned , it’s a gift freely given and each must decide whether or not to accept it. The sole owner of this element has made it available to all men at no cost to man but at great cost to Himself. To get this element all you have to do is ask for it. It’s given with no strings or conditions. It is inexhaustible, readily available. No qualification necessary.

I have barely scratched the surface of the features and benefits of this element. No man can fully describe it. It has too many facets. Depths too deep to completely explore. However the creator of this element seeks to teach you about it Himself. Who better to educate you on the element than the maker of the element. He desires to show the depth, breadth and fullness of the Jesus element. Get to know Him and experience something that words can never fully describe .

I have the Jesus element, the question is do you?

What are you waiting for ask the lord for the Jesus element..... right now!

You can refer to the side bar with the prayer of salvation ....yes it’s a prayer for the Jesus element.
